I love this update to the classic painting.  I am totally using it in discussion sessions today as we talk about the nature, purpose, and function of language. Oh, and if you wanted the classic version, the one Foucault used in his works, here is is.  I’d hate to leave you without the necessary referents to understand the painting.   Oh, and the French reads: “This is not a pipe.”
